Refunds, Returns & Order Issues
Each print is made to order with great care. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will work with you to make it right
Please Review Before Ordering
Because our artwork is produced specifically for each order, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or ordering mistakes. We do, however, stand behind the quality of every order and will assist with any item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. To help us review the issue quickly, please include your order number, a brief description of the problem, clear photos of the item, and clear photos of the packaging and shipping box if applicable.
Once reviewed, we will determine the best resolution based on the situation, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Returns and Exchanges
Because each piece is made to order, we do not generally accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, ordering the wrong size, ordering the wrong material or finish, or general preference differences after delivery.
Please review all product details carefully before placing your order, including size, material, framing, and image orientation.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if production has not yet begun. Because fulfillment can begin quickly after an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be honored.
If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Color, Tone, and Product Appearance
We make every effort to display artwork as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to monitor and mobile screen settings, differences between web display and printed materials, the natural characteristics of paper, canvas, metal, acrylic, or framed finishes, and cropping differences required by certain print sizes or aspect ratios.
These normal variations are not considered defects.
Framed, Canvas, and Specialty Print Notes
For framed prints, canvas wraps, acrylic, metal, and other specialty products, minor differences in finish, edge treatment, or presentation may occur as part of the production process.
These variations are considered part of the made-to-order nature of the final piece and are not grounds for return unless the item is damaged or defective.
Custom and Special Orders
All custom, special order, oversized, and large wall art purchases are final sale. Because these pieces are produced specifically to your requested size, format, or finish, they are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Report an Issue
To report an order issue, please contact us through the Contact page within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- your full name
- order number
- photos of the problem
- photos of the packaging, if shipping damage is involved
We review all claims as quickly as possible and will work with you on an appropriate resolution.
